Our goal is to understand how people shop online and what they expect. We conduct user experience research to improve our end-to-end shopping experience. By sharing your insights with us you’ll help make ZALORA a better shopping experience for everyone.

We want to hear from a variety of people who shop for clothing and accessories online. Even if you’ve never shopped on ZALORA, there’s a good chance we still want to talk to you!

How it works
When you sign up, you’ll be eligible for invitations to user experience research studies. We’ll only contact you if we want to invite you to participate in a study. There’s no obligation to participate, and you can ask to be removed if you decide not to be a member anymore.
All responses are held in strictest confidence. We use the information to improve the ZALORA shopping experience, not for marketing purposes.
