  • ZALORA 12.12 Giveaway in partnership with Lalamove period starts from 1 December 2021 at 12:00 am to 12 December 2021 at 11:59 pm (the “Giveaway Period”).
  • All purchases made after the Giveaway Period will be automatically disqualified.
  • Only purchases made during the Giveaway Period will be considered for winner selection.
  • There is no restriction on the number of qualifying transactions each participant can make during the Giveaway Period. The cumulative value of all qualifying and valid transactions of a participant will be calculated to determine the total spend of that participant for this contest/campaign.
  • Each participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the Giveaway Period.
  • ZALORA representatives will pick the winners from eligible entries based on the highest spend and announce the winners.
  • Winners will be announced on 19 January 2022 at 2:00 pm.
  • A participant may only win one (1) time. ZALORA will contact each winner via the email linked to his/her ZALORA account and the winner must reply to the email with the required details within seven (7) working days, failing which the prize will be forfeited and the winner shall not be entitled to any compensation for the same. In such a case, a new winner will be selected in accordance with this lucky draw’s mechanism. The details provided in the email response shall be final and conclusive, and no amendments to such details thereafter shall be permitted.
  • ZALORA will fulfill the prize within seven (7) working days of the winners’ email response with all the relevant information that is accurate and complete.
  • ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice.
  • ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.
  • ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.
  • ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions without prior notice or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
  • In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Lalamove Coupon Terms and Conditions:
  • The coupons can only be used once.
  • Offers are only applicable for orders placed through the Lalamove mobile application;
  • Customers can redeem the offer by entering coupon code in the in-app Wallet or before placing order;
  • The coupons is valid from 1 February 2022.
  • The coupon is valid for 3 months from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 after 3 months upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended;
  • Customers must select the relevant coupons when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount. For example, if the total fare is HK$60, customers can select a HK$50 coupon and enjoy a HK$50 instant discount;
  • The coupon is applicable to all vehicle types and courier services including walker, motorcycle, van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks;
  • Customers can only use one coupon per order;
  • Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable;
  • Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice;
  • Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion . Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice;
  • In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail;
  • In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision;
  • These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements;
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
