We would like to inform you that we officially discontinued the Asia Miles Program on ZALORA on the date of 1st April 2020. The transactions made on or before 1st April 2020 are still eligible to earn miles and your earned miles* will be credited to your account soon.

- Promotion is valid on www.zalora.com.hk only; membership ID must be entered upon checkout to be effective.
- Participants will only be able to earn miles from the net value (excludes shipping costs) of their successful orders (excludes invalid, cancelled, returned and exchange items)
- Asia Miles will be credited to the member’s account in 12 to 15 weeks after each successful transaction.
- ZALORA reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace the Asia Miles award from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
- ZALORA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant and/or to forfeit the Asia Miles award from any it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organizers.
- ZALORA reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of ZALORA (Hong Kong) Limited and Asia Miles Limited are final.
- Other Asia Miles and ZALORA terms and conditions apply
