12.12 Giveaways Terms and conditions:

• By taking part in this giveaway, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. ZALORA’S 12.12 GIVEAWAY CAMPAIGN, in partnership with Lalamove, hmvod, Musee Platinum Tokyo, Musee Medical Beauty Centre (the “Partners”) which starts from 8 December at 00:00 to 13 December 2022 at 23:59 (the “Giveaway Period”).
• All purchases made after the Giveaway Period will be automatically disqualified.
• Only purchases made during the Giveaway Period will be considered for winner selection.
• Orders which have been fully returned will not be considered for winner selection.
• There is no restriction on the number of qualifying transactions each participant can make during the Giveaway Period.The cumulative value of all qualifying and valid transactions of a participant will be calculated to determine the total spend of that participant for this contest/campaign.
• Each participant can only win one (1) prize throughout the Giveaway Period.
• ZALORA representatives will pick the winners from eligible entries based on the highest spending during the Giveaway Period and announce the winners.
• Prizes will be in the form of voucher codes. ZALORA will send the goodie bag containing the voucher codes to the winners via the email linked to their ZALORA account on 20 February 2023.
• Prizes will be subjected to the Partners Voucher Terms and Conditions set out below.
• By participating in the ZALORA 12.12 Giveaway, the participant consents to ZALORA’s sharing of his/her personal details with the Partners (in the event the participant wins any of the prizes), for the purpose of Partner’s fulfillment of the prize the participant is eligible to receive. Winners of the contest may also be contacted to participate in any publicity activities that may be organized by ZALORA.
• ZALORA reserves the right to change/temporarily discontinue the contest without prior notice or liability to any party.
• ZALORA reserves the right to disqualify any participants who violate the rules and regulations of the contest.
• ZALORA’s decision on all matters relating to the contest will be final and binding. No discussions, appeals, enquiries, or challenges will be entertained.
• ZALORA reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or withdraw/discontinue the contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
• In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the contest, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

• Please read the terms and conditions carefully, by accessing the Lalamove platform, using any of the services provided by Lalamove and/or redeeming the coupon code, customers confirm and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of Lalamove and this Terms and Conditions.
• Offers are only applicable for individual Lalamove users (non-business account) and orders placed through the Lalamove mobile application and web version, not applicable to Lalamove Wallet Top-up.
• Customers can redeem the offer by entering a coupon code in the in-app Wallet before placing order and must select the relevant coupons when placing the order, to enjoy the instant discount. For example, if the total fare is HK$100, customers can select a HK$50 coupon and enjoy a HK$50 instant discount.
• Each customer can redeem the coupon once and get $50 discount.
• The validity date of coupon code is start from 00:00 of 20 February 2023.
• The coupon is valid for 14 days from the day of coupon issuance, and ends at 23:59 on the 14th day upon receiving the coupon. The coupon will become invalid after the expiry date and will not be reissued or extended.
• Customers can only use one coupon per order.
• The coupon is applicable to all vehicle types and courier services including walker, motorcycle, van, 5.5 ton and 9 ton trucks.
• Coupons are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Lalamove reserves the right to suspend, vary or terminate the above offers at any time and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
• Fraud and abuse will result in forfeiture of Customer’s eligibility to participate in the promotion. Lalamove further reserves the right to cancel the coupons awarded under this promotion from the user’s wallet without prior notice.
• In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of this Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
• In case of any disputes, Lalamove reserves the right for the final decision.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

• Redemption period from 20 February 2023 to 31 March 2023.
• The redeem code may not be used in conjunction with any other Promo Code.
• The redeem code will be credited for 6 month basic plan.
• Each customer can be entitled for redeem code once in the same promotion campaign.
• Credits will be valid for six months, credits can be extended if customers continue the subscription.
• hmvod reserves the final right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• The service and credits cannot be redeemed to cash, exchanged or reissued.
• Participants agree to accept all of the terms and conditions.
