We would like to inform you that we officially discontinued the reward-U Program on ZALORA on the date of 23 July 2019. The transactions made on or before 23 July 2019 are still eligible to earn reward-U points and your earned reward-U points* will be credited to your account soon.
Reward-U program will officially cease its operations after 31 December 2019. Please be reminded to check your account points balance by following the instructions below, and redeem your rewards by 31 December 2019. convert remaining reward-U points into Asia Miles at a rate of 8 points to 1 mile from fourth quarter of 2019 to 31 December 2019. - ZALORA reserves the absolute right to substitute and/or replace reward-U award from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
- ZALORA reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any participant and/or to forfeit reward-U award from any it believes has undertaken fraudulent practice and/or activities or other activities harmful to this Campaign or to the Organizers.
- ZALORA reserves the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of ZALORA (Hong Kong) and reward-U are final.
