Terms and conditions of ZALORA promotion (the "Promotion"):
  • The promotion period is valid from 1 October to 31 October 2019 (both dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period").
  • To be eligible for the Promotion, cardholders (“Cardholders”) are required to settle payment with credit cards issued by Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Bank"), including Standard Chartered credit cards and its co-branded cards, MANHATTAN credit cards and its co-branded cards. (the “Eligible Cards”)
  • During the Promotion Period, Cardholders who (i) make purchases that meet the single net spending amount as shown below via www.zalora.com.hk or ZALORA mobile application (the “Merchant”) using an Eligible Card and (ii) enter the relevant promo codes at check-out can enjoy the following offers (the “Offer(s)”):

  • Promo code “SCBZNEW” is valid for ZALORA new customers only. Only one Promo Code can be used at a time.

  • The Bank and the Merchant accept no liability if Cardholders are not able to input an Eligible Card or register as members of the Merchant before making a transaction and resulting in a failure to enjoy the Offers.
  • The Promotion is not applicable to purchases of certain brands as listed on www.zalora.com/fag-non-sale/and items sold by individual sellers.

  • The Promotion, irrespective of its form, including but not limited to gifts, discounts or cash coupons, is not redeemable for cash, exchangeable or transferable, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
  • Unless otherwise specified, no changes or cancellations are allowed once an order via the Merchant is confirmed.
  • All photos and product information are for reference only.
  • The Offers shall be terminated immediately upon closure of the Merchant including shutting down its website and mobile application.
  • Cardholders understand and accept that the Bank is not the supplier of the products/services offered by the Merchant. The Bank shall bear no liability relating to any aspect of the products/services, including without limitation, their quality, the supply, the descriptions of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant, any false trade description, misrepresentation, mis-statement, omission, unauthorized representation, unfair trade practices or conduct in connection with the Offers or making available the Offers by the Merchant, its employees, officers or agents or, the products and/or services purchased under the Offers.
  • Personal data of Cardholders may be collected by the Merchant and the use of such personal data shall be subject to the Privacy Policy of the Merchant. The Bank is not involved in any part of such data collection and usage. Please contact the Merchant for related details.
  • The Bank and the Merchant reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the Promotion and amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of the Bank and the Merchant shall be final and binding.
  • In case of any disputes, Cardholders are required to present the relevant original merchant receipts and credit card sales slips (if applicable) for further investigation by the Bank.
