DOES ZALORA OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes, we do! Express shipping is charged on an order basis and is applicable to all items which are available at our warehouse, and also pre-paid orders made with Credit Card, Paypal or Store Credit.

Unfortunately, express shipping is currently unavailable for:
1. Sold by ZALORA Partner items
2. ZALORA Marketplace items
3. Cross dock items
4. Exchange orders
5. Cash on Delivery orders
6. Weekends and public holidays of Hong Kong and Singapore

We are working on improving the feature to make it more flexible. Do stay tuned to our upgrades!

WHAT IS THE CUT-OFF TIME FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Monday to Friday, select express shipping and confirm your order by 2pm to get your shopping on the next working day. For example, order placed on Monday by 2pm will be delivered on Tuesday. Currently, express shipping is unavailable over Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. For example, order placed on Friday by 2pm will be delivered next Monday. For order placed on Sunday will be delivered next Tuesday.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY PARCEL IF I OPT FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

We aim to get your order to you on our first delivery attempt, within the next working day, if the order is placed by 2pm of the day. This is with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and public holidays of Hong Kong and Singapore.

WHAT IF I MISS THE EXPRESS DELIVERY ATTEMPT BY THE COURIER?

You could reach out to re-arrange another delivery attempt within 24 hours. Please contact DHL Customer service hotline at +852 2400 3388.

If the order is not delivered in 2 working days, it will return to ZALORA’s warehouse. Please contact our friendly Customer Service team for assistance at +852 30519300, or email us at www.zalora.com.hk/contact/, 9am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY TO ENJOY EXPRESS SHIPPING?

The charge for express shipping per order stands at HKD180. By selecting express shipping at HKD180, there is no extra shipping fee charge on your ZALORA order, even if it is below HKD150.

IF I WERE TO REFUND MY ORDER, WOULD I GET THE EXPRESS SHIPPING FEE REFUNDED AS WELL?

We are sorry to share that presently, express shipping fee paid will not be refunded for return.

However, we will fully refund the express shipping fee if the order is placed by 2pm and not delivered within the next working day.

IF I PAID FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING FOR MY ORIGINAL ORDER AND REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE, WOULD MY EXCHANGE ORDER BE DELIVERED VIA EXPRESS SHIPPING AS WELL?
